SHIPPING
All orders for the amount grated than 300€ will be shipped free for all EU countries and UK .There is flat shipping rate of 25€ for all orders under total amount of 300€. Orders received by 13.00 CET will be processed and ship via DHL the same day, all orders received after 13.00 CET will be shipped next business day. The customer receives the requested goods at the specified delivery address, Delivery time is for : UK,Spain and Portugal 3-8 business days after shipping. All the rest EU countries are 3-6 business days after shipping
The customer receives via email the shipping info and the invoice. In case If the desired product is not available, the consumer will be notified when the order is received, for the term of the possible delivery.

AUFTRAGSSTORNIERUNG
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the moment of receiving them. This date is mentioned in the documentation of the courier company with which the “VENTA TRADE” LTD works. The customer is obliged to pay the return delivery of the goods back to the address specified by the “VENTA TRADE” LTD. The goods must be in a good commercial appearance (new . There should not be visible scratches or deformations on the surfaces of the goods. The packaging, the documentation and everything accompanying the product also should be returned. According to the LPC Article 55 (6) the “VENTA TRADE” LTD is obliged to restore the customer the full purchase value of the goods, not later than 3 days from the date on which Venta trade LTD receive and check the returned items.
Claims regarding goods purchased by “VENTA TRADE” LTD shall be accepted if they are made on time, within fourteen working days from purchase. The company takes responsibility to enter them in the relevant register following Article 127 (2) of the LPP. Only claims on goods that are in good commercial appearance are accepted: no missing packaging or documentation, no visible scratches on the surfaces of the products, no missing components of the goods.

Before using any item, the user is obliged to read the specific conditions for the safe operation with the product which is attached to the product. In case of their non-compliance, “VENTA TRADE” LTD takes no responsibility for damages and breach of warranty due to improper use of a product purchased from the online store.

STREITBEILEGUNG
Im Falle einer Streitigkeit kann der Kunde/Nutzer die Streitigkeit zur Prüfung direkt an den Verkäufer per Telefon, E-Mail, Feedback-Formular und an die in diesen Geschäftsbedingungen angegebene Korrespondenzadresse weiterleiten. Für den Fall, dass die Parteien keine Einigung erzielen und die Streitigkeit auf diese Weise nicht beigelegt werden kann, kann die Streitigkeit zur Beilegung an die zuständige alternative Streitbeilegungsinstitution (ADR) verwiesen werden. In diesem Fall stellt der Händler dem Kunden Informationen in Papierform oder in einem anderen dauerhaften Format sowie die Website-Adresse der entsprechenden ADR-Einrichtungen zur Verfügung und gibt an, ob er diese in Anspruch nehmen möchte.
Gemäß Paragraph 181n, Absatz 1 und 2 des PCA und der vom Wirtschaftsminister genehmigten Liste der Institutionen zur alternativen Beilegung von Verbraucherstreitigkeiten ist die Institution zur alternativen Beilegung von Streitigkeiten, in deren Zuständigkeitsbereich der derzeitige E-Commerce-Shop fällt und zu deren Teilnahme an der Allgemeinen Schlichtungskommission der Händler verpflichtet ist, die Verbraucherschutzkommission der Stadt Burgas, Gebiet Burgas.

The General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by “VENTA TRADE” LTD, which, after making the changes, is obliged to notify the User by posting a notice on the website prominently. Changes in the General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relations between the User and the “VENTA TRADE” LTD, which have been valid before the request of purchase.
Bei ungelösten Streitigkeiten wird das geltende niedrige Recht der Republik Bulgarien angewandt.
