Staying Safe

This particular model offers a leveling outrigger system that doubles the width of the ladder’s base while also increasing its side-tip stability. Lighter than any other manufacturer’s lightest ordinary extension ladder, this model offers a stable set up for any job. To further assist with leveling the ladder, this model features a side-to-side bubble level and front-to-back angle indicator, thereby further helping to set the ladder up safely. Thanks to the patent-pending Sure-Set foot feature, the feet of the ladder can also be set to either flat or spike positions to further help keep it in place.

Ease of Use

Featuring the unique side-mounted, dual-pulley system, this ladder offers an easy way to lift the fly section. In fact, the feature reduces effort by 45 percent while also removing the potential trip hazard created by traditional center pulley rope systems. With its wide rungs, the ladder also allows workers to use it comfortably without creating foot fatigue.

With its exclusive nonconductive hi-viz green rail, the Little Giant Hyperlite Sumo ladder features a color that has been scientifically proven to be the most visible hue of the color spectrum. In this way, passersby are less likely to walk or drive into the ladder while it is in use. This model is available in 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36 and 40 foot varieties with an extra heavy duty Type IA rating of up to 300 pounds and in 16, 20, 24, 28 and 32-foot lengths in the special duty Type IAA rating of up to 375 pounds.
