SHIPPING 

All orders for the amount  grated than 300€ will be shipped free  for all EU countries and UK .There is flat shipping rate of 25€  for all  orders under total amount of 300€. Orders received by 13.00 CET will be processed and ship via DHL the same day, all orders  received after 13.00 CET will be shipped next business day.   The customer receives the requested goods at the specified delivery address, Delivery time is for : UK,Spain and Portugal 3-8 business days after shipping. All the rest EU countries are 3-6 business days after shipping 

The customer receives via email the shipping info and the invoice. In case If the desired product is not available, the consumer will be notified when the order is received, for the term of the possible delivery.

ANNULLERING AF ORDRE

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14  days from the moment of receiving them. This date is mentioned in the documentation of the courier company with which the “VENTA TRADE” LTD works. The customer is obliged to pay the return delivery of the goods back to the address specified by the “VENTA TRADE” LTD. The goods must be in a good commercial appearance (new . There should not be visible scratches or deformations on the surfaces of the goods. The packaging, the documentation and everything accompanying the product also should be returned. According to the LPC Article 55 (6) the “VENTA TRADE” LTD  is obliged to restore the customer the full purchase value of the goods, not later than 3 days from the date on which Venta trade LTD receive and check the returned items. 

Claims regarding goods purchased by “VENTA TRADE” LTD shall be accepted if they are made on time, within fourteen working days from purchase. The company takes responsibility to enter them in the relevant register following Article 127 (2) of the LPP. Only claims on goods that are in good commercial appearance are accepted: no missing packaging or documentation, no visible scratches on the surfaces of the products, no missing components of the goods.

SIKKERHEDSINSTRUKTIONER

Before using any item, the user is obliged to read the specific conditions for the safe operation with the product which is attached to the product. In case of their non-compliance, “VENTA TRADE” LTD  takes no responsibility for damages and breach of warranty due to improper use of a product purchased from the online store.

GARANTI

Garantien er gyldig i henhold til betingelserne for den pågældende produktanvendelse og dækker ikke problemer, der er forårsaget forsætligt og/eller af kundens fejl.

The warranty of the goods and services offered by the e-shop of “VENTA TRADE” LTD  is under the warranty period provided by the manufacturer.

KONFLIKTLØSNING

I tilfælde af en tvist kan kunden/brugeren henvise tvisten til behandling direkte til sælgeren via telefon, e-mail, feedbackformular og korrespondanceadresse angivet i disse vilkår og betingelser. Hvis parterne ikke når til enighed, og tvisten ikke løses på denne måde, kan tvisten henvises til den kompetente alternative tvistbilæggelsesinstitution (ADR) til løsning, i hvilket tilfælde forhandleren skal give kunden oplysninger i papir eller andre holdbare formater, webadressen på de relevante ADR-enheder og angive, om de vil bruge dem.

I henhold til paragraf 181n, afsnit 1 og 2 i PCA og godkendt af økonomiministeren, liste over institutioner for alternativ løsning af forbrugertvister, er institutionen for alternativ løsning af tvisten, i hvis anvendelsesområde den nuværende e-handelsbutik falder, og som købmanden er forpligtet til at deltage i den generelle forligskommission, forbrugerbeskyttelseskommissionen Burgas by, Burgas-området.

Til online tvistbilæggelse kan du bruge EU's online tvistbilæggelsesplatform (ODR-platform), som giver forbrugere og forhandlere inden for EU mulighed for at nå frem til en udenretslig bilæggelse af tvister, der opstår i forbindelse med onlinekøb. Denne platform er en nem og interaktiv hjemmeside, der er gratis og tilgængelig på alle officielle EU-sprog. Ved hjælp af ODR-platformen kan forbrugeren og den erhvervsdrivende finde den rette tvistbilæggelsesinstitution at henvise tvisten til og løse deres klage. The General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by “VENTA TRADE” LTD, which, after making the changes, is obliged to notify the User by posting a notice on the website prominently. Changes in the General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relations between the User and the “VENTA TRADE” LTD, which have been valid before the request of purchase.

For uafklarede tvister vil den nuværende lave lovgivning i Republikken Bulgarien blive anvendt.
